1. Objective: Our mission is to provide employment opportunities for young individuals aged 15-21, train and certify them as youth sports officials, promote fair play, sportsmanship, and teamwork, and increase participation in youth flag football leagues.

2. Program Activities:

   • Recruitment and Selection: Targeting passionate young individuals eager to embrace the role of youth sports officials.
   • Training and Certification: Comprehensive training on rules, regulations, and game officiating mechanics.
   • Employment Placement: Certified officials are employed to officiate games organized by the respective leagues.
   • Professional Development: Regular workshops and seminars to enhance skills in conflict resolution, communication, and leadership.

   • Development and Design of Online Platform: $10,000
     - Customization and programming of the online training platform
     - User-friendly interface and seamless navigation
     - Integration of multimedia elements for enhanced learning experience
   • Content Creation and Curriculum Development: $8,000
     - Creation of training modules, videos, and tutorials
     - Development of quizzes and assessments
     - Design and production of educational resources and materials
   • Technical Support and Maintenance: $4,000
     - Ongoing technical support for platform users
     - Regular updates and maintenance of the online training program
   • Marketing and Promotion: $3,000
     - Development and distribution of promotional materials
     - Online advertising and social media campaigns
     - Outreach efforts to recruit officials for the program
   • Development and Design of Online Store and Referee Referral Program: $5,000
     - Development of eCommerce solution
     - Sell equipment, course material and merchandise
     - Showcase past graduates
     - Allow organizations to reach graduates for employment
