How I Handel Conflict:
When there's conflict I stay calm and hear both sides out. I don't argue back and forth, when I make a decision that's final.
How I Control The Game:
I control the game by making consistent calls, making sure everyone knows the rules before we start, and using clear signals so everyone understands. I stay focused on the game so I don't miss anything and cause confusion.

The first location for the AYFFOA Program will be in the Temecula, Menifee, Murrieta, and Lake Elsinore areas.
