Availability:
I am available most every Friday and Saturday, especially nights. I do play sports and in the summer, I am traveling quite a bit but I am available most weekends and am ready to make a commitment to refereeing.
Experience:
I do not have any officiating experience, but I have previously played flag football for 5 years and love the sport. I also closely paid attention to the officiating course and learned a ton.

About:
I am a 16 year old high school student, I play lacrosse and water polo, and I want to become a referee because I love sports and I love money. I saw this as an opportunity to fill my schedule with something I will love to do and earn a little bit of money along the way.
How I Handel Conflict:
With experience of being the team captain of my Great Oak lacrosse team I have handled conflicts by removing my teammate from the situation, I can imagine that it will be completely different when it comes to officiating due to the children not being my players and also having to deal with parents, but I am completely ready and am able to stay calm in heated situations. To handle a conflict, I would simply stay calm and deescalate the situation.
How I Control The Game:
I would stand by every call and try my best to make sure that everyone involved is the game is happy with the outcomes, however since I have never refed a game I have little experience with this, I am ready for the challenge.
