About:
From hearing about the refereeing field from friends and coaches such as coach Antoine Chamber I learned that this field opens up many doors and many opportunities in my future.
How I Handel Conflict:
Conflict should be settled quickly with efficient communication from both parties which is why it is important that as an official you make sure to deter any aggravation because tension and escalation do nothing to solve disagreements.
How I Control The Game:
I use efficient comminucation so that players and coaches are aware of the calls being made and I make sure to clear up any confusion or aggression from the coaches or players as soon as possible to avoid escalation and mantain the speed of the game.
